Introducing Alderline Workspace
An operating view for owners, approvals and handoffs.
A control point for work in motion
A workflow rarely lives in one document. There is the original brief, the approval that changes it, the checklist someone updates on Friday and the decision the receiving team needs next month. We built Alderline to keep those pieces accountable without adding another status meeting.
Start with a project, then make it your own
Each project has an overview, a document library and a shared activity feed. Put the brief at the top, add the notes your team already uses and invite the people who need the context. You can begin with a blank page or use the project planning template from our resource library.
Give decisions a little context
A useful note explains both what happened and why. Our team uses a short decision log: the question, the choice, the owner and a date to review it. Linking that note from the project overview means new teammates can find the reasoning without reading weeks of messages.
An intentionally small beginning
The first release focuses on project notes, documents and sharing. We will keep improving those foundations before adding more surfaces. Start with one project and a few teammates; our getting-started guide walks through the first fifteen minutes.
